Someone I've been missing...

My son has just returned to Kansas after a week long fishing trip up to Canada with his dad. Though the vacation itself was only seven days, he's been gone from home for almost two weeks....and I've really missed him.

They said that it was a cold trip this year and it's evident by their layers and coats. But something must have been just right in the air, or in this case, the water because the Northern Pike were definitely biting!

Wow, those are some fine fish! How lucky your boy and his dad are--not only to spend time together, but then to catch fish on top of that? Priceless!

Oh my!!! What a catch!!!
Your son looks mighty proud.
He's a good looking young man.
I know what you mean about missing your kids when they are away. The house just doesn't feel the same when one of the family members is gone.
I'm glad they got home safe and sound. Their trip must have been a lot of fun.

Lori: Very cool with a nice Walleye and a great Northern Pike.
